Description

Sales Generation: Perform high-volume outbound and inbound calls (75-80% of daily work) to new and existing customers. Customer Education: Explain weed control, fertilization, and integrated pest management services to potential clients. Data Entry/CRM: Accurately update client information and notes in company software. Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed weekly sales quotas and conversion metrics.
