What you'll do

• Lead daily operations of an assigned nursing unit
• coordinate and evaluate resident care plans
• guide nursing staff
• monitor resident conditions and coordinate follow-up
• ensure timely nursing documentation and care plans
• monitor medication processes and audits
• ensure appropriate staffing
• coach, mentor, train, and evaluate staff
• respond to resident and family concerns
• participate in quality improvement, meetings, education, surveys, and regulatory activities
• collaborate with nursing leadership and the interdisciplinary team.

Why this role

Requires a current, valid Maine Registered Nurse (RN) license. A BSN, three to five years of relevant nursing experience, prior nursing leadership, and long-term care experience are preferred.
