What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, vital signs, and other daily living activities
• support transfers, repositioning, walking, and exercises
• assist with meals and snacks
• document resident interactions and care outcomes
• communicate changes to the charge nurse
• provide housekeeping and laundry support
• encourage participation in wellness and recreational programs.
