The role is part of the KONG Brand team and oversees a team of three. This leader builds and scales KONG’s digital marketing presence, connecting paid, owned, social, email, SMS, and partnership channels. The role uses performance data to guide campaigns and lifecycle marketing while developing the team and aligning digital work with brand and business priorities.

What you'll do

• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and emerging platforms
• develop full-funnel digital strategy
• oversee organic social strategy
• partner with agencies
• oversee email, SMS, and direct-mail efforts
• develop lifecycle and partnership marketing
• align digital work with ecommerce and retail partners
• establish KPIs and report performance
• mentor direct reports and coordinate team workstreams.
