The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Per Diem, All Shifts role is onsite in Hialeah, FL, working on an as-needed basis across shifts of 7 a.m.–3 p.m., 3–11 p.m., and 11 p.m.–7 a.m. Pay is $15–$16.50 per hour. Palmetto Care Center provides care and support to its residents. The CNA assists residents with daily living activities, monitors and reports changes in condition, supports meals, and maintains clean, organized spaces. The role contributes to individualized care plans and provides comfort and emotional support to residents and their families.

What you'll do

• Provide direct care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• assist with meals, feeding, and hydration
• maintain clean and organized patient rooms and common areas
• collaborate with the healthcare team on individualized care plans
• provide emotional support and comfort to patients and families.
