What you'll do

• Translate product pitches into detailed requirements and specifications
• identify missing requirements, edge cases, dependencies, and downstream impacts
• write and maintain tickets
• answer developer questions about expected behavior
• carry work through development, QA, UAT, and release
• sequence work with Engineering according to priorities
• maintain the bug and improvement queue
• triage requests from customer-facing teams
• partner with Design on usability
• coordinate release readiness, notes, and communications
• help improve requirements and workflows.
