What you'll do

• Conduct field tactics and gather internal and external intelligence
• use system reports and databases to identify criminal activity
• review point-of-sale and non-point-of-sale exception data
• develop investigative plans and maintain case records
• retain video and prepare case materials for prosecution
• coordinate with law enforcement and field teams
• support training and programs to prevent fraud and reduce loss.
