Shift Leader

The Shift Leader role is onsite in Searcy, AR. Compensation is $13.25–$16 per hour. The position supports Wingstop restaurant operations and reports to the Restaurant General Manager. The shift leader oversees daily operations during an assigned shift, guiding staff and maintaining guest service, food quality, cleanliness, and operational standards. The role supports business goals and helps team members develop toward management roles.

What you'll do

• Supervise, train, and coach staff
• assign tasks and manage breaks
• maintain staffing, cleanliness, and operations
• resolve guest concerns
• monitor food, inventory, and equipment
• manage cash and point-of-sale transactions
• track sales, labor, and costs
• complete shift documentation
• enforce food safety and sanitation standards
• oversee opening or closing procedures and food safety checks.
