What you'll do

• Direct and support assigned acquisition specialists
• maintain complex or high-priority acquisition files
• negotiate easements, access rights, workspace, and related property interests
• review agent activity, strategies, and documentation
• develop escalation strategies for difficult negotiations
• assist with workload and schedule management
• coordinate landowner commitments and damages
• support potential condemnation matters
• coordinate with appraisal, survey, title, and legal resources
• support construction right-of-way activities
• update the tracking system
• and mentor team members.
