What you'll do

• Coordinate GFSI certification audits and facility preparations
• conduct quality-system audits
• manage sustainability and gluten-free certification programs
• support customer audits and corrective actions
• lead internal audits
• coordinate mock recalls
• maintain document control and food-fraud assessments
• support training and Kosher certification administration.
