Project Manager, Concrete Construction

The Project Manager, Concrete Construction role is onsite in Slidell, LA. Compensation is not specified. The position manages assigned concrete construction projects from handoff through closeout for Coastline Concrete & Infrastructure. The role coordinates project finances, schedules, contracts, procurement, documentation, and customer communication with the superintendent and field operations. Its purpose is to deliver quality work safely, meet schedule commitments, protect project margins, and maintain strong customer and trade-partner relationships.

What you'll do

• Review project estimates, scope, contracts, schedules, plans, specifications, and risks
• develop budgets, cost codes, procurement plans, submittal logs, and schedules
• coordinate startup with the superintendent
• forecast and manage costs
• review invoices and commitments
• coordinate field schedules and job-site meetings
• manage change orders and contract documentation
• coordinate purchasing and trade partners
• support safety, quality, inspections, and closeout.
