What you'll do

• Support day-to-day hospice clinical operations
• help maintain compliance with CMS hospice guidelines
• review charts and documentation for accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and compliance
• help ensure Hospice Election Statement and Addendum requirements are met
• identify and address documentation and compliance concerns
• assist with audits, quality initiatives, and regulatory preparation
• provide clinical guidance to hospice staff
• assist with onboarding, education, and staff development
• support consistent workflows and interdisciplinary coordination
• partner with hospice leadership
• complete PRN patient visits and field support as needed.
