What you'll do

• Lead performance marketing across search, social, display, programmatic, and other channels
• direct the external paid media agency
• manage the affiliate program excluding ShopMy and LTK
• coordinate visibility and strategy across catalog and retargeting direct mail
• oversee keyword research and SEO/SEM alignment
• partner with finance on budgets and forecasts
• analyze performance indicators and run structured testing
• maintain reporting frameworks
• collaborate across WebOps, Lifecycle & Retention, Marketing, Product, and Social.
