New Hampshire Program Coordinator, Decarbonization and Electrification

Job overview

The New Hampshire Program Coordinator, Decarbonization and Electrification role is hybrid in Concord, NH, with work primarily from the employee’s home and local travel throughout New Hampshire. Compensation is targeted at $60,000–$70,000 per year. The role supports a three-person team launching a statewide decarbonization program and contributes to Abode’s work advancing energy efficiency, electrification, and heat pump adoption. The coordinator helps launch and operate the program by engaging contractors and community partners, responding to customer and contractor needs, maintaining program records, and tracking performance. The work keeps program activities organized and supports effective delivery of building decarbonization services.

What you'll do

• Engage contractors and schedule onboarding and check-in meetings
• respond to customer and contractor inquiries and document resolutions in Salesforce
• coordinate partner trainings and events
• maintain program databases and contractor certification records
• support program materials and administrative tasks
• track and report program data and key performance indicators
• prepare invoices and reports
• help improve program delivery.
