Installation and Operations Manager

The Installation and Operations Manager role is onsite in Charlotte, NC. Compensation is $33.65–$38.46 per hour. The role leads QC Signs & Graphics’ installation team and day-to-day installation operations.

What you'll do

• Plan and manage installation schedules, crews, workload, equipment, and resources
• prepare crews with signs, materials, tools, measurements, and instructions
• install and oversee commercial and vehicle signage
• perform or oversee basic electrical sign work
• conduct site surveys and measurements
• operate lifts and bucket trucks
• train installers
• enforce safety and quality standards
• coordinate with project management and production
• and monitor labor efficiency and project costs.
