What you'll do

• Triage, diagnose, and resolve user-reported application issues and escalate when needed
• guide users on system functionality, workflows, forms, and data entry
• document requests and resolutions in the ticketing system
• assist with onboarding and account access
• maintain support guides and knowledge articles
• conduct quality checks
• collaborate with analysts and developers
• help test releases and guide users through changes
• follow agency policies and data security standards.
