Operations Manager — Financial and Shop Operations

What you'll do

• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable and reconciliations
• prepare financial reports, forecast business needs and support budget management
• manage recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, offboarding, benefits coordination and payroll
• develop and report on workforce safety programs and incident reporting
• plan company events, promotional activities and large projects
• maintain meeting agendas, forms, standard operating procedures and operational documents
• support the General Manager in optimizing workflows and resolving bottlenecks.
