What you'll do

• Review incoming juvenile cases and referrals for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
• conduct standardized intake and needs assessments for youth referred to the Right TRAC Diversion Program
• coordinate case assignments, services, and follow-up with youth, families, providers, and system partners
• monitor court activity and case status
• maintain accurate records in designated systems
• review court and provider documents for procedural compliance
• identify discrepancies and seek corrections or clarification
• and track trends and performance metrics.
