What you'll do

• Provide direct mental health services under behavioral health treatment plans
• facilitate group therapy and supports in varied settings
• monitor client progress and behavior and update the supervising Mental Health Professional
• consult with team members
• participate in cross-department meetings
• document client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes
• provide crisis support using de-escalation techniques
• educate clients and families about mental health resources
• assist with daily living activities, personal care, household tasks, transportation, and skill building. Regular community travel is required.
