What you'll do

• Partner with dealership decision-makers to develop campaigns
• maintain product knowledge
• build client relationships and advise on digital engagement practices
• keep playlists current and targeted
• monitor satisfaction and retention
• coordinate with production and internal teams
• train clients on product initiatives
• inspect installed equipment and coordinate issue resolution
• prospect and identify upsell opportunities
• schedule sales presentations
• maintain CRM records and meet performance indicators.
