What you'll do

• Translate high-level designs and clinical source material into learning modules, slide decks, workbooks, talk tracks, and training packages
• create skill-aligned reusable modules
• write facilitator guides with timing and transition notes
• design interactive virtual group activities
• develop between-session materials
• maintain and improve assigned curricula using client feedback, facilitator input, and engagement data
• contribute to modularization initiatives
• use AI tools for content development, quality review, and documentation.
