The Patient Ambassador role is onsite at Our Lady of the Lake Main Campus in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The full-time schedule is Monday–Friday with rotating weekends; hours may vary. Pay is $15–$16 per hour. The role represents Crothall Healthcare’s Patient Experience Team for an assigned unit. The ambassador conducts admission visits and patient interviews, supports hospitality and satisfaction efforts, and helps address housekeeping concerns. The role contributes to patient experience and account retention while supporting unit-level satisfaction plans and employee engagement.

What you'll do

• Conduct new admission visits to assigned units within established timeframes
• promote a respectful hospitality orientation
• support client satisfaction and awareness of the Patient Experience Program
• assist with account-specific programs and patient satisfaction action plans
• support employee relations and recognize successful program implementation
• complete housekeeping tasks when requested and follow up on housekeeping issues.
