What you'll do

• Answer the support line, screen callers, and provide advocacy and referrals
• travel to community locations for outreach
• conduct phone and in-person program screenings
• document coordination meetings and outreach
• coordinate with veteran program staff on placement
• work with case management to support service delivery
• participate in SSVF coordinating meetings and community events
• provide crisis intervention as appropriate
• comply with agency, COA, and government requirements.
