UI/UX Designer

The UI/UX Designer role is onsite in Washington, DC. Compensation is not specified. The role exists to shape intuitive, engaging user experiences aligned with business objectives. Working with cross-functional teams and customers, the designer develops design strategy, researches user needs, and creates visualizations, wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to guide product improvements.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with program, project, product management, engineering, and customer teams
• develop and communicate design strategy
• identify user experience improvements and define a design roadmap
• create data visualizations, wireframes, user flows, and rapid prototypes
• conduct user research to understand needs, behaviors, and pain points.
