Shift Lead

The Shift Lead role is onsite in Lehi, UT. Compensation is $13–$17 per hour, including tips. The role supports Swig’s store operations and customer experience. The Shift Lead helps the store run smoothly and meet company standards by coordinating team members, completing operational tasks, preparing and serving food and drinks, and maintaining clean, safe service areas. The role also supports accurate and timely to-go and delivery orders and helps customers discover menu items.

What you'll do

• Complete store checklists and manage deposits
• train, mentor, and communicate with team members
• stock, prepare, and rotate food, supplies, and chemicals
• prepare drinks and food according to procedures
• maintain dining, outdoor, and work areas
• assist with to-go and delivery orders
• follow food safety and sanitation standards
• offer add-ons and menu items
• follow company policies and procedures.
