The Lifeguard — Fall/Spring Morning Shift role is onsite in Brenham, TX, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 5:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Starting pay is $11 per hour. The role supports pool safety and guest relations for the City of Brenham’s aquatics operations. The lifeguard enforces pool rules, responds to emergencies, and assists patrons who need care. The role also helps maintain facilities, reports ongoing safety issues to aquatics leadership, attends training and staff meetings, and swims one mile per week.

• Maintain good guest relations
• enforce pool rules and regulations
• apply the 10/20 rule
• use rescue and care techniques when needed
• carry out emergency procedures and notify authorities
• assist with facility maintenance
• report recurring policy and safety problems
• attend in-service training and staff meetings
• swim one mile per week.
