What you'll do

• Respond with the Mobile Crisis Response team to people experiencing mental health crises, in person or virtually when appropriate
• provide on-site assessment within 60 minutes
• triage and dispatch crisis-line calls on a rotating schedule
• assist with de-escalation and safety planning
• use lived experience to build engagement
• connect clients with resources
• and complete documentation and required training. The role may include a small caseload for post-crisis follow-up. Local travel, including transporting clients, is required.
