Remote Revenue Cycle Representative (WI, IL, or IA)

The Revenue Cycle Representative role is remote for candidates who live in Wisconsin, Illinois, or Iowa, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; starting pay is $18.98 per hour. Rosecrance provides behavioral health services and supports individuals and families facing substance use and mental health challenges. The role manages account and collection activity for commercial insurance and self-pay balances while helping improve revenue cycle processes. Accurate account records, claim follow-up, and coordination with internal teams support the agency's financial operations and continuity of care.

What you'll do

• Manage credit and collection activities for client accounts
• monitor aged receivables and maintain the accounts receivable ledger
• check claim status by phone, websites, or other available means
• document and recommend account adjustments
• follow up on outstanding balances
• coordinate collection activity with outside agencies, including court appearances as needed
• handle cardholder data securely and complete required PCI training and assessments
• provide feedback and reports to support fiscal management
• participate in Revenue Cycle Team meetings.
