Reporting to the Assistant Catering Manager or Catering Manager, this position is primarily responsible for delivering food and setting up food tables for various functions. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:. Refers to function sheet for all necessary equipment, supplies, and food needed for the function. Loads all equipment, supplies, and food in proper containers and places in truck for delivery.
