The Used-Car Automotive Service Technician role is onsite in Saint Paul, MN, with compensation of $25–$40 per hour flat rate, depending on experience. The technician supports Kunes Auto’s used-vehicle service operations. The role inspects vehicles, diagnoses mechanical and electrical issues, and completes repairs and routine maintenance. It helps ensure vehicles are repaired to a high standard and returned in a timely manner, while communicating recommendations to the service manager.

What you'll do

• Inspect new and used vehicles for mechanical or electrical issues
• perform diagnostic tests
• repair or replace brakes, tires, belts, hoses, and suspension components
• perform oil changes and tire rotations
• complete repairs and maintenance to a high standard and on time
• communicate recommendations to the service manager.
