Patient Access Representative

What you'll do

• Greet and direct patients, families, and visitors to testing and surgical areas
• assist with transport or arrange transportation as needed
• obtain and verify patient information for registration
• explain procedures, expectations, and the hospital environment
• protect confidential medical information
• keep work areas orderly and stocked
• review department communications and implement requested information-collection changes
• precept new hires
• perform other duties assigned by PAS leadership.
