What you'll do

• Lead managers and senior individual contributors across five Test Engineering areas
• set goals and manage delivery plans over a three-to-six-month horizon
• oversee staffing, development, and performance
• align with Product, Software Engineering, Safety, and adjacent functions
• represent status, risks, and decisions to senior leadership
• provide technical guidance on priorities, test approaches, and quality risk.
