What you'll do

• Set and execute regional pricing strategy using proprietary tools, Power BI, and Tableau
• collaborate with marketing, leasing, and operational stakeholders
• monitor renewal and re-leasing rent growth, days on market, and net absorption
• provide analytical support on revenue
• contribute to pricing platform development
• prepare reports on leasing performance, inventory, pricing anomalies, and renewals with recommendations.
