Human Resources Generalist

What you'll do

• Respond to employee and manager questions and escalate sensitive matters
• support fact-finding, corrective-action documentation, employee relations follow-through, and policy interpretation
• coordinate hiring paperwork, onboarding, I-9/E-Verify, screenings, orientation, and employee status updates
• maintain confidential personnel files and HRIS data
• coordinate benefits changes, FMLA and other leave paperwork, disability information, workers’ compensation, and return-to-work follow-up
• track compliance, training, reporting, and process improvements
• partner with managers on retention and engagement.
