GI / Endoscopy Technician

Job overview

GI / Endoscopy Technician is an onsite role in Miami, FL. Pay is $16–$19 per hour. The technician supports patients and clinical staff in the Endoscopy Center. The role prepares procedure rooms, processes instruments, and supports patient care and safety throughout endoscopy procedures. By following infection-control procedures, maintaining equipment, and assisting the care team, the technician helps keep the procedural environment safe and efficient.

What you'll do

• Prepare procedure rooms and equipment
• clean and process instruments for disinfection and sterilization
• handle tissue specimens
• follow aseptic and infection-control procedures
• escort and transport patients safely
• assist with patient-care activities and transfers
• monitor and report patient responses
• maintain equipment and supplies
• document assigned activities
• protect patient privacy and confidentiality.

Why this role
