The nurse provides resident care in accordance with applicable standards and Eventide policies and procedures.

What you'll do

• Assess residents’ needs and health status
• support their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being
• follow and update plans of care
• administer medications and treatments and monitor their effectiveness
• provide direct nursing care
• document in electronic medical records
• assist with orientation and training
• report resident needs and changes
• support staffing and supervise subordinate staff
• educate residents and families
• coordinate resident care conferences
• and report incidents or suspected abuse, neglect, or rights violations. The schedule is 12-hour day shifts, 6:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m., every other Saturday and Sunday, for 24 hours per pay period.

Why this role
