What you'll do

• Schedule staffing across production areas
• assign job orders and press operations based on production schedules and employee skills
• provide direction, training, and performance support
• review time sheets and submit records
• maintain performance records
• ensure safety and regulatory compliance
• oversee daily production and address operational issues
• participate in quality improvement to reduce waste and meet quality and production requirements.

Why this role

Requires at least five years of printing or manufacturing experience and hands-on wide-web, central-impression drum flexographic press experience. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM–2:30 AM; overtime and additional workdays may be required.
