Construction Administrator

The role helps ensure construction follows project drawings and specifications while supporting design intent and reducing project risk. Through site observations, coordination with project teams, reviews, and field documentation, the administrator helps identify and resolve issues early and supports project completion and closeout.

What you'll do

• Observe construction for conformity with construction documents
• coordinate with contractors and in-house multidisciplinary staff
• respond to requests for information
• review shop drawings, product information, and payment requests
• track document changes
• prepare field reports and records
• support project closeout
• conduct peer reviews of design development and construction documents as needed.
