Senior User Experience Designer

What you'll do

• Support product design from discovery through final delivery
• design interactions across desktop, mobile web, and native mobile experiences
• drive design exploration and decision-making
• define problems and propose solutions
• own assigned work
• align designs with channel guidelines and the design system
• partner with cross-functional colleagues
• mentor less experienced designers
• use user research, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for testing
• communicate design decisions to diverse audiences.
