What you'll do

• Greet patients in person and by phone
• screen and direct calls
• assist with check-in forms

• schedule and confirm appointments in the medical records platform
• verify appointment orders and authorization details
• support internal departments
• notify technologists of arrivals and assist patient flow
• apply insurance protocols
• obtain authorizations and provide required clinical documents when needed.
