What you'll do

• Assist with project priorities, planning, scheduling, and financing
• manage construction and renovation work onsite
• coordinate staff, architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders
• inspect work for compliance, quality, and timeliness
• help manage budgets, estimates, bids, and solicitations
• monitor permitting and compliance
• prepare project reports
• develop preventive maintenance schedules
• perform or supervise field service and maintenance activities.
