What you'll do

• Advise clients on U.S. and international privacy laws, data governance, cybersecurity compliance, artificial intelligence, emerging technologies, digital products, and technology commercialization
• draft and negotiate data processing, technology, software licensing, SaaS, privacy, and related commercial agreements
• manage sophisticated matters and maintain significant client interaction. Data breach, incident response, preparedness, and regulatory investigation experience is preferred
• FTC, state privacy laws, GDPR, and CCPA/CPRA experience is a plus.
