Patient Access Liaison

Compass Pathways is developing investigational mental health treatments, including COMP360. The role supports site readiness and patient access by educating healthcare stakeholders on compliant reimbursement and access processes, helping address operational barriers, and coordinating treatment logistics within the assigned geography.

What you'll do

• Support site REMS certification and patient enrollment processes
• help sites prepare access workflows
• educate healthcare stakeholders on coverage, coding, payment, reimbursement, benefit investigations, claims, prior authorizations, appeals, and access processes
• support case-level access resolution and treatment logistics
• coordinate cross-functional handoffs
• maintain compliant CRM documentation and account plans
• share field insights
• maintain non-promotional role boundaries.
