The role monitors access and security, responds to emergencies, communicates overnight issues to day staff, and assists with maintenance and common-area upkeep.

What you'll do

• Manage the after-hours front security desk
• monitor building access and security cameras
• document observed lease violations and forward relevant evidence as assigned
• respond to resident and building emergencies and call 911 when needed
• monitor safety and parking conditions
• respond to emergency calls forwarded by the answering service
• communicate incidents to staff
• assist with maintenance, snow removal, de-icing, and cleaning common areas
• communicate overnight situations to day staff.
