The Plant Warehouse Supervisor, First Shift role is onsite in Tempe, AZ, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 4:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Pay is $38.99 per hour. The supervisor supports warehouse operations at a milk production facility. The role leads shipping, receiving, inventory, and related shift operations to keep goods moving through the facility and meet production and customer-order deadlines. It also supports safe, compliant, and efficient operations through staff leadership, inventory controls, and coordination with production and transportation.

What you'll do

• Plan, lead, and direct shift shipping and receiving activities
• provide employee feedback
• build teams and assign accountability
• promote safety, trust, teamwork, quality, and efficiency
• ensure product quality and compliance with applicable guidelines
• oversee shift processes including ordering, processing, packaging, sanitation, shipping, and receiving
• may schedule production and crews and order materials or supplies
• plan and monitor work assignments and projects
• coordinate customer-order fulfillment with production, inventory, and transportation
• manage inventory and cycle counting
• oversee shipping and receiving documents
• manage assigned financial targets
• use Lean principles and technology to improve efficiency
• promote safety protocols
• use shipping and tracking systems
• identify process improvements.
