What you'll do
- Set up, administer, and document medications under the direction and supervision of a licensed nurse
- function as a CNA
- assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, bed linens, positioning, recreation, meals, and food-intake records
- follow care plans and assigned restorative procedures
- report condition changes, accidents, and incidents
- document care
- assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
- follow safety, infection-control, and residents’ rights requirements
- participate in training and staff meetings.
