By coordinating project records and closeout materials while handling sensitive information carefully, the administrator helps project teams meet documentation requirements.

What you'll do

• Maintain and organize construction documentation
• coordinate RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, compliance logs, and related records
• track document versions
• support preparation of project closeout and turnover packages
• provide administrative coordination and day-to-day project support
• handle sensitive project information accurately and confidentially.
