Job Coach Coordinator

The Job Coach Coordinator position is onsite in Aliquippa, PA, reporting to the Production Manager. Compensation is not specified. The role coordinates prevocational, transition, and CPS services; supports participant programming and quality work experiences; maintains regulatory compliance; and develops production-center and simulated-work activities.

What you'll do

• Supervise job coaching staff, including training, performance coaching, discipline, scheduling, interviews, and team development
• coordinate prevocational, transition, and CPS services
• implement participant programming that balances rehabilitation and production needs
• maintain compliance with safety, wage-and-hour, and service regulations
• train job coaches on work accountabilities, job rates, time studies, job setup, Labor and Industry requirements, and billing
• foster teamwork at facility and community worksites
• develop production-center and simulated-work activities.
