This work supports financing for multifamily, office, hotel, and industrial projects using state and federal tax credit programs.

What you'll do

• Support real estate financing transactions involving tax credit programs
• draft senior real estate-secured loan documents and real estate joint venture partnership or operating agreements
• review title commitments, recorded documents, and surveys
• oversee paralegal title and survey review.
