The Adult Day Health Care Program Director is an onsite, full-time role in Jackson Heights, NY, with a stated salary range of $65,000–$75,000 per year. The director will lead the reopening and growth of Regal Heights Rehabilitation & Nursing Center’s Adult Day Health Care program. This role oversees program operations, compliance, staffing, census development, referral relationships, and registrant experience to rebuild and grow a safe, organized, engaging, person-centered community program.

What you'll do

• Lead reopening and ongoing operations
• oversee daily activities, staffing, scheduling, and service delivery
• ensure regulatory compliance and maintain registrant records, assessments, care plans, and documentation
• prepare for surveys and regulatory visits
• recruit, train, supervise, and support staff
• coordinate with facility departments and external referral partners
• support census growth, admissions, onboarding, and monitoring of quality, attendance, satisfaction, and performance.

Why this role
